What to Expect When We Come to Your Home or Office

Heritage Pest Control, most of our service calls are completed the same day
or within
24 hours
of your initial phone call. We provide a two hour service appointment window
when you schedule your service time with our office staff.
At your service appointment, our starting point with a new customer begins with introducing ourselves and giving a little history about our company. We then proceed with a thorough inspection of your property to identify not only the current known pest problems but the conditions that may exist which could be conducive to the problem's start.
We take an integrated pest management (IPM) approach to the situation. This means we look at the structural, mechanical or physical conditions that may be present and responsible for the pest problem. We look for moisture conditions, cracks, openings, etc. in the structure that are allowing in or creating your pest problem.
We use all of this information to create the best treatment plan for your home or business to rapidly solve your pest problem. We are true professionals in the pest control industry and work hard not only to gain your trust but retain it through our concern, competency, and thoroughness in treating your pest problem effectively with thoughtful solutions.
We train our service personnel to put your needs first and to not just sell a program.
