If your pest treatment is not covered under our one year warrantee, we will specify, in your pest agreement, the length of your specific warranty coverage.

Our Termite Liquid Treatment Warranty

When we have treated your home or property with Termidor, the preeminent liquid termite treatment in the pest control industry, Heritage Pest Control will perform an annual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property to verify and monitor that you are and remain termite-free.

If any additional termite activity is found, we will promptly perform an additional termite treatment to rid your home or business of the termites at no additional charge. Additional termite inspections may be scheduled by you at any time if you experience a concern.

Our Termite Baiting System Warranty

When we have treated your home or property with Exterra, a termite bait system, Heritage Pest Control will perform a quarterly inspection on the bait stations and will re-bait any stations that show termite evidence.

Additionally, we also inspect the interior of your home or office on an annual basis to make sure no new termite activity is present. If we find termite evidence, we will either put more termite stations out in the adjacent exterior areas and bait them to attract termites away from their present location, or we will offer a liquid treatment to be done in that area with Termidor for no additional charge.
