When you call during business hours, our office staff will promptly answer any questions and quickly schedule your service call. After hours, your calls continue to be promptly returned. We understand that when you have a problem you need answers and help fast! In most cases you can receive service the same day or in 24 hours of your initial call.
Heritage Pest Control is a family-owned and family-operated business that has been serving your neighborhood for over 22 years. Our motto is, “We Will Exceed Your Expectations”. We accomplish this by being courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We give you all the information you need to understand your pest and how we will be treating it when we come to your home or business for service. Most of our service technicians are bi-lingual and speak English and Spanish.
About Our Firm and Our Owner Chuck Benevento
Our pest control business was started in 1989 and has rapidly grown to be a top northern New Jersey pest control provider. In 2008, the firm was renamed to Heritage Pest Control and has been operating under this name since. Heritage Pest Control is owned by Chuck Benevento.
Chuck is married with four sons. The business is a family enterprise with most of his college-aged sons working part time in some capacity with the business on their school vacations or off hours. In addition to the family staff, Heritage Pest Control has a team of experienced and dedicated full-time pest technicians who perform the in-home services for our clients.
Prior to starting his own company, Heritage Pest Control, Mr. Benevento was employed with Terminex in northern New Jersey for seven years. His long term experience and commitment to providing honest recommendations and real value to clients has helped Heritage Pest Control grow from a small two man operation in 1989 to the large pest control company that it is today.
A Commitment to Education and Quality Service Technicians
We believe in training our team! Our pest control technicians are trained in-house on a weekly basis. Additionally we bring in outside experts every four to six weeks for intensive training on pest identification and safe administration of pesticides. You can be assured that the professional pest control technician from Heritage Pest Control coming to your home or business will be well prepared to solve your problem, create an effective pest treatment plan, and enact the treatment effectively to exterminate your pest quickly.
All of our technicians are professionals in the field of pest control. Each technician is individually licensed in the state of New Jersey as a pest control applicator. Not only do they each pass a state certification exam, but are required by law to take continuing education hours to maintain their New Jersey pest applicator’s license. Each technician will pass the state exam for the core test and category tests such as general pest control, termite control, and IPM in schools category 13. They are each re certified every five years.
While new technicians are studying to pass their certification exams and are receiving in-house training, we team them up with a Heritage technical supervisor in the field to assure that they receive quality training as well as to learn our commitment to your satisfaction in all we do.
