Protect your home and family with one of our four seasonal protection plans.The Heritage Pest Control Seasonal Protection Plan consists of a 1-year warranty, which includes spring, summer, and fall service. You are also covered for emergency service in between scheduled service calls at no extra charge! You can easily renew or transfer your protection plan yearly.

We are committed to protecting your family, business, and property with the use of environmentally responsible programs to control your pests.

Our three times a year Seasonal Protection Plan service includes an exterior perimeter application; liquid residual treatment along the foundation, lower windows, and door frames; insect harborage areas; trees close to the house; railroad ties or other landscape timbers; and door thresholds; and treatment of any interior areas based on any covered pest problems you have. During our service visits we also inspect for conditions conducive to insect or rodent infestations, pest intrusion, and make recommend corrective actions as needed.

Overgrown shrubs Rotted sections of the structure
