Our three time a year Home Protection Plan service includes an exterior perimeter application and treatment of any interior areas based on any pest problems you have.

During our service visits we also inspect for conditions conducive to insect or rodent infestations, pest intrusion, and make corrective . Some of the conditions we monitor for are:

- Cracks in the foundation	- Firewood against the foundation
- Overgrown shrubs	- Rotted sections of the structure
