Tick Control in Northern New Jersey
Tick Control Backed by Northern New Jersey Service Since 1989
Ticks often gather where lawns meet woods, brush, shaded landscape beds, fence lines, tall grass, and leaf litter. Wildlife can continually reintroduce them, especially along wooded lawn edges and near outdoor spaces used by people and pets.
Our tick control starts with a careful assessment of your property. We examine vegetation, potential tick habitat, wildlife movement, and frequently used areas before recommending targeted treatment. Our goal is to reduce tick activity in key areas, not promise complete elimination or guaranteed disease prevention.
Request a tick assessment for your Northern New Jersey property. Call (866) 932-1331 and tell us where you have noticed ticks or which outdoor areas concern you.
What Makes Us Different
Inspection-Led Integrated Pest Management
We use Integrated Pest Management to combine inspection, prevention, habitat reduction, and carefully selected treatment. Instead of applying the same spray pattern to every property, we tailor our recommendations to the conditions found during the assessment.
When treatment is appropriate, we apply EPA-approved insecticides strategically to limit unnecessary product use. We explain what we found, which areas need attention, and any preparation or label-based outdoor-use precautions that apply.
Our technicians are individually licensed in New Jersey and complete mandatory education hours to maintain their credentials. Continual training keeps them current on pest identification, treatment methods, and responsible product use. Bilingual technicians are also available to explain findings and service details clearly.

How We Assess & Treat Tick Activity
Every service plan starts with a site assessment. We serve homes and businesses across Bergen, Essex, Morris, and Passaic counties, adapting our recommendations to each property’s layout, vegetation, activity areas, and observed pest pressure.
A property-specific assessment may address:
- High-Risk Habitat: Wooded borders, leaf litter, brush, shaded vegetation, landscape beds, and fence lines.
- Frequently Used Areas: Patios, play spaces, pet areas, walkways, employee entrances, outdoor seating, and recreation areas.
- Wildlife Movement: Routes used by deer, rodents, and other animals that may carry ticks onto the property.
- Targeted Treatment Zones: Transition areas and other habitat identified during the inspection.
- Habitat Reduction: Practical changes that can make outdoor areas less favorable to ticks.
For commercial properties, we may focus on landscaped borders, customer-facing outdoor spaces, employee areas, and paths where people regularly pass close to vegetation.
